I have these two domains that I am looking to create. At this point, how much do you think they are worth?

VeriMAX.net

is leapfish really accurite? Few domains that I own came up as $828 for a 3 character .biz?

Does anyone have a human opinion on how much my domains are worth?

Leapfish sucks bigstylie. It appraised one of my domains at $18,000-odd (it's just a LLLLL non-word).

Undeveloped, I'd say maybe $10 for Vistax.net, nothing for VeriMAX.net- unless it means something I'm not familiar with...

I am going to have my VP check the site out. I did a few domains, and in my opinion, it came close, but I want a more accurate opinion.

It says one of my domains is worth a half mil, chuckle, I wish!

both reg fee, imho. Unless there are specific meanings to those terms that I don't know about
