phpBB related question.

hi guys i've a phpbb board at militarychallengecoin.net/phpBB2
it always takes 2 attempts to login.
my members are complaining about this.. can anyone tell me why is happening? and what's the solution for this?
use the following info to login
user: desert_rose
pass: kashmir

Probably just cookies?
have them check the little box next to "Log me on automatically each visit"
That aught to create a cookie for them and keep them logged in.

i think know, i had this porblem before.

it's because the cookies are stored for "militarychallengecoin.net/phpBB2"

when you press log in you are directed to "www.militarychallengecoin.net/phpBB2"

the cookies are different for both "militarychallengecoin.net/phpBB2" and "www.militarychallengecoin.net/phpBB2"

the www. is the cause.

just remember to add "www." to your url.

Yeah, it's something with the cookies. Try searching for it at phpbb.com.
