Hi, maybe you could try emailing http://subnixus.net with your plea? They offer free hosting, but it's for entertainment sites I think. Still, there's no harm in trying. Good luck!

I have 1 domain (rolysvirtualpets.com) I don't use and I could create a folde runder that domain for you to use and you'd have to us ea domain redir sertvice. It'd feature

As mush space as u need
1-5GB Bandwidth
FTP
PHP
