I agree, but a suggestion try using the words unmetered instead of unlimited. Thou many people won't care but some do.

in order to have more content on the main page, consider to place the faq on the main page it self

Nice choice of colors and logo. Glad you actually changed the default TOS and FAQ in the script, unlike most people.

not very creative.. It reminds me of 90% of all other file hosting sites. Besides that it's a really good job
