I am thinking of starting a script area where you can post your made scripts, request scripts, and talk about them? If I do this would anyone find this usefull?

first it wont be like hotscripts.com And if I can get anough people for it I am gonna buy a domain and build it there. I will not start the project till I got anough people.

Indeed, especially when that isn't my hosting company, and the forum is just there, as well as the search engine. Also just like your shoutcast hosting company, that is also over done :)
