how to add discussion board on website?
can we put a discussion board in a certain part of the main website ? then the visitor/members can discuss or open new topic for discussion there? but the website is not 100% a forum. any script/ code like that to use?

Yes you can do that. All you need to do is install a forum script on a part of yor site (ex. yoursite.com/forum/) and then put a link on you main site to the forum so people will be able to just click and go. You can use forum scripts such as phpbb, vBulletin, MyBB, SMF, etc... they do about the same thing and mostly your choice depends on your personal opinion.
