why do you have a pic of a girl with a headset for your header image? makes no sense fo ra coding site. that would be something you would use for a contact page or something. doesnt fit at all. also, not enought color. it is very boring

google search images and get a better image, or make one

add some padding
promoting site with frames is difficult using search engines
the site looks cool and nice

I suggest moving the image of the girl to your contact page or something. Also I suggest you come up with some different colors. The grey like that, would depress people.
