It would be great if you could share your reviews on the site layout and anything else you wish to point out.

I loved the font you used for the logo and the content. however the footer is a little odd, try to separate the text from the upload button

the heading image is very good
google ads are more prominent when compared to the instructions given at the top with a small font size.
download limit-unlimited: this is incredible. i have seen many sites using some limit.
if you are allowing unlimited upload, that is great.

I like the color scheme, OK logo, but it looks as though the upload input was added as an after thought. There is no need for a forum, people won't use it. You could have also rewritten the default TOS that came with the script.

4. The owner of this site reserves the right to delete any files hosted here for any reason.
#2 is your issue
Ie some countrys child porn is still legal
Or what about things like horse sex thats legal in some countrys
that really dont cover you lol.
