Can someone explain to some people that if your school blocks it it's for a reason, geez, one big one is the amounts of crap you drag down to school systems.
That and security breaches with all your buggering about.
Go home after school and chat, do school work when your in school.

if you try using school computers for the internet you'd understand, my school blocks everything, including
Gmail
Hotmail
Yahoo Mail
Ebuddy (e.t.c)
Freewebspace.net
youtube
and the funny thing with the email is that they "encourage" students to sign up with an email account for stuff, would help if they didn't block it. lol
And the youtube thing, it also needs to be unblocked so people can get videos for Media and other lessons that require it. When things ae blocked you can get around the with a proxy but they are even starting to block all these proxy sites.
And if you just use the computer during lunch time occasionally you can't do ANYTHING because everything is blocked.
Wouldn't bloody surprise me if they blocked google.
Back to the point:
i want these scripts also because i want it for myself also so that i do not have to download all the messenger services and use others that have pop-up adverts. i want to make a site like this so i can also so others can use msn and other IM's in school during times they are allowed to use it (or when they wish)

FYI - I spend a lot of my working day stopping 'adults' accessing services like these for 'very good' reasons. The main one is that it's always abused by someone, again usually by someone trying to get around the system that keeps it all safe.

For your own use, use a multi messenger like Trillian or similar - that way you won't have to download them all! But wait then you go back to

Tell you what - organise all your parents to loby the school and tell them to remove all that nasty protection from the network so you can all chat away - bet your scared to ask them too

?
i don't see how this has developed into a "who can come back with a better point" topic.
i simply was asking for these scripts and saying why i want them.
so.. If anybody knows of any scripts please post where to get them
Thank You

Again - ask your parents - you can't see it as you don't want to - hissy fit.
Bad retort - ask one of your teachers what that means.
And now your sig means your a child offering hosting when you shouldn't.
Best Regards
Oh - question answered - NO!

Acutally, when I was in middle school someone got caught looking up pornographic materials in the school library on the computers. I don't know who but now the enitre school district blocked Google Images. Haha, I don't know why would you look up that stuff at school and on their computers! Dirty kids....

When you've had to deal with what I've seen 'kids' looking at and getting involved in through 'innocent chats using school computers', and found the culprites leading them on, you don't ask why it's not allowed.
And it's not a laugh.
So now am I just a hardass?

That's called research LOL, no one else has stated an opinion whether school kids should be 'helped' to bypass systems put there for good reason - online messengers for example where people can prey on kids at school - 'yeh see you after school for a burger, from kid 15' (actually 50 year old perv about to kidnap other kid) still wonder why schools don't like messenger services especially through their systems.
