its 'ok' or at least to sell medications, specifically hairloss medications minoxodil as well as more cutting edge stuff which would technically be off label. i.e the chemicals are licenced but not for that purpose. as well as some cutting edge stuff which has not yet been fda approved but has been reserached. The reason im sying this is that i dont want people telling me not to sell illegal stuff etc etc.

nevertheless id prefer a country that is extremely lax on these things. The less strict the better.

It will be a small website 4 or 5 pages with shopping cart and payment processor. Obviously interested in goodbandwidth, SECURITY and relaibility before cost

u want to host a website which sells ------ and other types of sex medicines things ? if its like that then i can host you on my windows server i have already ------ or adult medicines selling websites in my server which is hosted in usa. but if u want to be hosted in uk then also let me know i also have a vps in uk with plesk installed.
till today i not get any complaints or request to shutdown those websites.
i don think any one have problem with your website till its not harmfull for human life.

Look into it first - where is the business base address to be stated on the site, where is the product being sent from and where too.
Forget the server locaton and worry about how many laws you will break regardless of that.
Once you know what your liable for then you'll be able to request hosting for it. Best look first at where the money goes you take in - if your based in London and a UK bank then you will fall foul of UK law and all that goes with it.

IMO - if you don't know these facts you should not be selling anything regarded as chemical or medical as you are not good at researching the important parts of what you are involved in.
