Sounds like you need www.invisionpower.com, however it isn't free, and nor is it cheap :/

You could most likely find free software out there, you would just need to find someone to integrate them all into one.

i don't pay for my hosting or my domain name my grandma does it was a brithday gift for me last year i don't have any money

Have a go at learning it yourself, this way, you can design this site, and any other projects you do, you can also sell your services, while learning something new. And it's all...Free? :) Tizag (http://www.tizag.com) is a good place to start. :)

css is a 'really' good start, what type of hosting do you have? Does it have a control panel to allow you to install things like galleries and forums?
Do you have access to any web page creation software?

I'll do what I can to help you get it started and give you pointers to keep it up to date, you'll pick it up quite quickly for the basics and it's amazing how quick you can get hooked and learn things you'd never have thought :)

Have a look at this one I did for my step niece - http://www.petalnpooky.co.uk needs work and she lost interest, but it has a working gallery, guestbook & forum that was all done inside an hour.
