hey how can i know if a site is hosted on my server or not like letsay someone signed up for a hosting at your server then he moved to another server but his account is still in your server and you dont know if he is still with you or not

The dns will show you the server the site's currently on

is there anything but the dns cuase some people use everydns.com

It doesn't matter which DNS they are using, it's the current values that will be returned that are important.
Look at www.customerdomainname.com's A and MX records, if the result doesn't point to your server, then they're hosting it elsewhere. You could be used as a backup site perhaps.
Why not ask your customer ?

how can i know if its hosted on my website or not lets say my host was www.netwebihhosting.com how can i tell

The A record resolves to 38.100.80.201, is this your IP ? If not then the site could either be cloaked or hosted on another server, you'd need to ask your customer how they have configured it.
You could also look at the domain stats and see if they have current data.

Just ping and compare the IPs from your PC.
Run -> cmd -> ping whatever.com
