Decent Hosting ?

Hi im a software developer and im looking for space to host my software , Screendump videos and blog . I get quita a few hits so id need 5 Gb bw cpanel and 300Mb space and horde for my email

I havnt a problem with ads but i dont have enough time or bandwidth for form posting (i just spent the last hour loging in to my mailbox)
