Hey guys so ya i was hosted on Jewlzk.comand i am a free hosting provider and this guys comes out of no where saying my customers spamming and using all the cpu cpu usage. So he suspended my accounts and all my accounts were suspended. Andd then that other day he termianted all my accounts with over 7 Paid customers which paid me for a 6 month price. And losing everything
Jewlzk i dont know how my customer can spam and he is suspended i dont know how can i spam and me my self is suspended. Plus i said i will leave your host and i asked you nicely for a backup you never gave me one
Stay away from this bull ----ing host
Your support sucks if you open a support ticket it takes 3-6 days to be absent you"ll be so lucky to have him on msn he awnsers in 1-2 days

And why exactly were you running paid clients on a free reseller account? Not only is that not ethical, but it is basically cheating you clients and the host.
Spend a some money in a paid reseller account, seeing clients have paid you.
This is not Jewlzk's fault, but yours.

Errrmm, am I missing something? Where does it say the OP was running on a free reseller account, he states that he himself is a free hosting provider.

I can't do nothing but disagree with you. I've been hosted on JewlzK for more than 3 months and all I can say is that's awesome. Barely no downtimes and fast support. MSN support is not that fast but tickets are ussually issued within 2 hours.
You can barely speak english, how can you spect to even know if your customers are spamming or ussing cpu intensive scripts on their accounts?

Perhaps one of your accounts were being targeted to send out spam.
People can make mistakes in detecting where the problem is however.

always 2 sides to a story. Most hosters will suspend/kill your account if there is something seriously affecting other users on the server or if you did not respond to an abuse email in a timely manner. If it is bad enough sometimes it makes me sense to shoot first and ask questions later
also just because you are not directly involved in spamming does not mean your site scripts are secure or your clients are either. An outdated nuke/phpbb, etc can be exploited in seconds to be used as a spam/phish location
also, why do you consider msn an 'offical' means of support? he is one person on a messenger client than can get closed, moved, etc. Use the proper means of support for companies and you will get FAR better results

I disagree with EVERYTHING you said.
I am also with JewlZK and have a dedicated server from them.
Support tickets are answered reasonably quick. The longest I had to wait for a response was 2 hours. And when that ticket was posted, it was like 9am here in Ireland so it would have been like 3am where JewlZK is based.
Regarding MSN, anytime I wanted to speak with Roland on MSN he was there and was willing to talk about anything.
I read your posts on their forums and they were anything but nice. The F word was constantly used and when I posted about your using foul language you said "I know Roland so I can say F**k if I like"
Your review of Jewlzk is completely and utterly unjust.

Bottom line you are the hoster.. you are responsible for your customers - if they paid in advanced or not! You can't blame your hoster for suspending you. He is doing what is in his best interest. As you should be doing.
Pay customers doesn't give the right to spam. If Jewlzk.com suspended you - there must of been a reason..
I agree - a lot of times you have to shoot first and ask later. With spamming you have to stop the spamming if possible when it happens. You do not want your Ip to be blacklisted:)
Maybe he should have emailed or called you to let you know that your customer(s) are spamming. Give you a day to rectify the situtation. If not then suspend you. As a reponsible company you(and J) can not allow spam!
You shouldn't be pissed off at J - should be pissed off at your customer that is spamming.

This raises a question however.
If the client's site had a vulnurability and a hacker used that hole to commit the spam, without the client's knowledge - is that the client's fault? Should that client be made responsible?
Of course it may be that this particular client is simply a spammer but he stated otherwise.
If the client was attacked rather than "attacking" shouldn't the host be helping the client to identify the issue and resolving it, rather than just terminating all his accounts because it's a pain in the butt otherwise?
Not long ago one of my trusted client's account appeared to be sending out spam. I KNEW this client wouldn't be spamming, it turned out to be a vulnurable script which needed an upgrade. This client never intended to spam, never actually did spam.

I never cheated my customers the reseller i was on i offerd free hosting with ads. He said he dosnt want free hositng anymore on his server so i said okay i"ll move so he suspended my account. Now you cant send out emails if you cant even access an account or if i am mistken you could? My account was suspended. Then this dude comes out with another execuse last month that wehn the server was down he says i am using alot of cpu how and your server is down and he said he got 2000 customers on the server? Okay hello you also said you got more then 4 free hosting provider on that server. So he suspended my account and i gave him that and i asked nicely can i have a backup so i can leave he said yes. Then wehn i asked him the other day he said no we didnt want to backup your account we terminated it???
And there was no spam he never sent mr prove of anything of me using the cpu usage or anything or me crashing the server all he says you doing this and suspend my account i was suspended over 7 times with this host and i was about to move but he didnt give me a backup??
As of the paid customers yes they know i was a free hosting provider but they wanted hosting with no ads so they paid for it.

And guess what guys someone just pmed me saying they had the same problem as me terminating his account and he was on the same server on me which was Spongbob i cant paste the story or say who it is because the guy asked me to keep it private since Jewlzk wont give him a backup either. I wouldn't really think its our fault if its more then 1 or more person having the same problem i guess this Guys Jewlzk or J aka ***** just says he allows free host but when you have more then 100 accounts he doesn't want you anymore and ones you pay him he doesn't want you i paid for the reseller and on the 7th day i got terminated.

Any Web Hosting and Reseller account deemed to be adversely affecting server performance or network integrity will be shut down without prior notice.
Even if i went over the cpu or memory usage he never gave me the option to either pay additional fees all he said o go with a dedicated server. Maybe i don't want a dedicated server because i don't know how to use it so i asked him please tell me the fees you want and i was ready to pay but he still wanted me to go with a dedicated server i guess he was really needed to get away of the DS he got or something

Client offers free hosting one of his free hosting accounts was spamming on one of our reseller servers. I sent full proof of this to this reseller directly from our DC. Again, client was notified via email (2 email accounts),and via MSN when he was online.
My apologies things had to end this way, but we can not have one of our servers null routed due to spam.
We are not perfect, but we do try to help any and all of our clients.
If the original email (from DC) needs to be sent to any of the MODs here so this post can be removed, or closed please let me know.

I would also back Roland. I have been with him for a few months, and we are still in touch, although I no longer have a server with him. He was very accommodating with the cpu usage issues with my sites, and we worked them out very well.
I am sure that somewhere the OP is at fault for the mess that has been created.
