It worked for me!

Juz select 5 domains > check the 'order' box > click continue > confirm the payment (Try 'invoice') > and wait for them to approve our application!

It was only for people in the UK... they stopped it bcus to many non uk people tried to get them

Yup, the offers were genuine.
But you only get IP managment, so you can point an IP to the server and you can add it via WHM >> and it will work with cPanel >> Except FTP will not work, as secondary IP is needed. But you can use the defualt IP to login to FTP. I emailed there support staff, so they're giving me extra treatment. ;)
But yes, I got my five domains. ;)

I got my 2

You had to register them as co.uk (not .org, .net, .com ect).

there DNS is kinda strange, I can only forward the domain or point it to 1 ip adress :(.
