Crackdown?

Who here is for a bit of a crackdown on free provider offering things that they dont give. I see a lot of people offering 24/7 support etc, possibly due to template use.

Do these people offer 24/7 support? Do many paid companies?

I think people know what i'm talking about here, thoughts?

I know I can't provide 24/7 support, but I put the times thats most covinient to me.

I know other people offer 24/7 support, but their usually away or offline. They should be 24/7 submit a support ticket or help.

If anyone has a problem with any host *that they use*, they are free to start a thread if they don't offer what is promised, taking TOS into consideration.
