Leapfish isn't that accurate. They inflate the numbers by quite a bit. Those are maxima at best.

It's impossible; like GamePhreak said they inflate it too much.. I bought a domain and it shows as $6,000 or something lol

I think Domain appraisals are a joke anyway. There is no accurate science behind it and no one can tell what is going to be attractive to consumers in the future.
Appraisals are based on whats already been done. The internet is too new to follow that model.
It's worth what someone wants to pay, and what their plans are for it.
