Once there was a host called F2S. They had 2 plans, free & paid however the only difference was free didn't have domain hosting or tech support, they thought many users would upgrade from free to paid, they didn't. They has 500,000 free users and they also spent thosands of $$ a year keeping the free service open. A few months ago they lost soo much money they had to close it. The End.
