I like this idea, but I think the format needs a bit of an update to make it a bit more informative. I think the following is a fairly good template for an uptime post that relies on third party uptime services to give everyone a fair and honest answer as to the real uptime of a provider instead of passing around claims of uptime with no real verifiable proof.
