Co-location? Buy a server from dell and get it shipped to the datacenter, and then pay for rackspace. You will need to contact the Datacenter, not it's resellers or other co-location clients.

Monthly. Depending on the server it's normaly cheaper to rent a server (If the server is good, it's cheaper to co-locate. But if the server is basic, then it's going to cost more than renting)

What server are you thinking about co-locating?

Ship it.

Set it up

Enjoy.

Agree, Iv looked in to this and to make it worth while you need a 1337 server to send.
A good thing would be if they suspended your server they wouldnt whipe it just send it back.
