400 Mhz , 256 Mb ram , Burst Net VPS can Host a cstrike server for 6-8 Players ?

Possibly, but CS Servers tend to go up and down in ram usage, you might find your host getting a little annoyed.

400mhz and 256mb ram part... that can be an issue if the server gets filled. Yea I don't recommend it.

You should consider getting 5 groups (clans/guilds?) to go in on a decent server. If that's the case I'll be happy to accommodate split payments etc., and help you out. Just let me know!

...or just buy a gameserver from a game server provider, it is probably going to be less expensive than a vps anyway

I don't recommend any VPS for game servers! Bad idea!

You best bet is to go dedicated!

from my experience cs, can use up a large amount of ram, but you can get a low budget dedi with similar specs. for maybe $10 more ( maybe even less, it depends)

Yeah, um 512 mb of ram will be able to host about 8-10 people. The cpu could be a little highter..

never use a VPS to host a server..
