I don't see anything there about shoutcast hosting

Shoutcast is provided for installation by control panel.

Its not exactly a shoutcast server plan, its a Reseller plan which should give you enough space and bandwidth to run your server. Should provide enough resources for roughly 140-160 listeners.

45Gig b/w is not enough to provide Shoutcast for let alone 5 listeners.

Prontohost, if you're going to allow SHOUTcast servers I'd recommend allowing unmetered transfer for this or atleast something a bit sensible such as 1000gb+? I haven't had a lot of listeners and already have used over 200gb of bandwidth with SHOUTcast.
