Their support is VERY slow. Everything else beside that is excellent. Seriously, please speed up the Support!

(This is for HDDomains.net)

King Liquid, it looks like a really bad review on first sight, if the service is excelent you shouldn't make such an ugly review ;)

Can't even access it properly, errors all over - that and 'null' in the copyright line :confused4

Is this site meant to be related to the same Hosting Department we have members here from, if not it would be nice if you clarified that.

I buy domains from a site using the same scripts as that one (bought one this morning (.net) and it was instantly up and running), only it works

As most is done using Anacreon automatically it must something in particular to need support, as the associated control panel with it is great.

I'm confused, is it related to the HD here?!

What im saying is that HDDomains.net (HostingDepartment Domains) has a bad service of support. I said "HostingDepartment" because thats where HDDomains.net leads to for support. They have a bad service of support but a great service on hosting. They should improve the support.

Ive emailed, posted on the forum and posted a ticket on the problem but i have not recieved any answers. It has been 24hours!

So they have good support for their hosting services, but not on their domain services?

Confused here..

Let me just clear this up, our forum (Hosting Forum) cannot be used for domain support, its for hosting support only so when you ask for support for domains on our hosting forum our domain support staff are not located their. Its CLEARLY stated how to contact domain support.

I have just looked over all the requests (matching your forum user name on FWS) & see we replied within 30 minutes of receiving your request YET the email came back:

Hello

For security reasons please tell me your first line of your address you have
on your HDDomains profile & one of the domains you have within your
HDDomains account.

Your email wasn't working so we had no way of contacting you & since your whois details were false (which you admitted too) we also couldn't ring you.

So you opened a support ticket at our help desk which is fine since we are unable to email you directly & you have been receiving a reply every 10 minutes per post, if that's slow then I don't know what you expect.

You understand what you have done, I cant post too much details for privacy reasons but when your unable to verify your identity we cannot release any passwords until you send verification documents. Once that is completed we can issue your password.

The OP was unable to confirm his email address or his first line of home address, this tells us he could be anyone & we need more information to confirm you say who you are. I understand this may be frustrating but we have a responsibility to our existing clients to ensure every client
is both responsible, legitimate and of good intention.

3rd Time Try:

HDDomains.net, their support service leads to HostingDepartment.net, which then i said that HDDomains.net has a slow support service and that it should be as important as HostingDepartment.net Hosting services.

Understand? Or still confused...?

King Liquid you need to change your whois information, etc.

Providing false information on the whois I believe is a felony. So please change it ASAP if you have not done so already

That is correct, as I have said, we tried to contact you 30 minutes after you sent the email which came back, since we had no other email on file, your whois is false how can we contact you?, it cant be done.

I should also warn you to update your whois information otherwise we will contact ICANN.

Please contact our help desk with the correct information otherwise your domain may be pulled.

That is correct, that's why I asked you to submit the details to the help desk & we will update it but we need the verification documents first to confirm what you sent is true, once all that is completed you will have access again :-).

Well if you gave it to the wrong support area, and did not submit a correct form of contact, do you expect him to know your real name, email, location, and come knock on your Front Door?

Just my two, or three, cents.

I usually like to keep my address private.

Real Name and Location isnt the primary way of contacting someone its mainly email when your in my situation which you dont know. I would explain it all, but i dont think this is a Support Area, unless neccessary.
