I need a host to host my proxy site. I need cgi and php support a good reliable company. accept paypal. allow me to host 5-6 proxy website.
minimum 250MB space
bandwidth 100GB (min)
price less than < $8/month cheaper the better
I am not looking for VPS or dedi

Are you looking to host ALL 6 proxy sites or each one for less than $8 monthly? Proxy sites require a lot of resources, as you are probably aware of.

The first thing you need to realize is this:
