uh, pms are private, surely he might not have wanted you to publish those communications, also even from reading those, i fail to see any firm evidence that what he is actually trying to host is illegal, the guy hasnt even told us what he wishes to host yet, at least give him the chance to do so.

I never said I will host illegal files i said Most likely which isnt a Yea or a No its a Maybe. and i found the offshore hosting i was looking for thank you all that have read this post.

It will be very hard to find a host in Myanmar (Father been there, they confiscated his laptop :) and gave it back at the airport when he was leaving country)

In the following countries I advise you just find a datacentre as it will either be very hard to find hosts in these countries or no hosts, just datacentres.

i know a site that is hosting things (eastgate shows up in the IP's as lookup) that are not illegal but risky to host, there are hosts in myanmar.

With the exception of Brazil and Germany all of those countries governments impose internet filters and would mointor the traffic/files anyway..
