Host that a)allows Torrentflux b)based offshore c)good value

Hi there,

I'm looking for a web host that fulfills the following three requirements:

1) I must be able to run Torrentflux (http://www.torrentflux.com/)
2) The server must be based in a country that the RIAA/MPAA etc has not ever even tried to sue anyone in
3) The service must be good value.

Additionally, I would like it if I could pay with e-gold or similar, but this is not essential providing the first three requirements are met.

<edit> I hasten to add that I won't be using it for anything illegal. The torrents I'll be downloading will all be legal torrents (linux distro's etc). Its just a matter of principle to me that I want the server located in an off-shore location. </edit>

<edit2> I'll be doing other stuff on it apart from just using torrentflux. I'll be using it as a private server; accessing my files, streaming my music etc to whereever I happen to be working </edit>

Budget is flexible. Probably going to go with the best offer I can get, from here and other forums that I'm posting to. But I would have thought that for 20gigs storage and 200 gigs transfer, I would be looking to pay under $10 a month.

My storage and transfer needs may increase as time goes on, so I'll be looking for a host that doesn't lock me in to a certain plan for ages. If I want to increase my storage/bandwidth, I want to be able to do that within 48 hours.

sorry for the slow response... christmas and all that. i'll only be running 2 torrents at a time. well, lets say a maximum of three, just in case. so hopefully not too heavy a load on your server.

i've been trying to find info about riaa lawsuits in france, but unusually google isn't being very helpful. can anyone provide a link to an authoritative source stating that the riaa has never successfully sued anyone in france?

what sort of price would you be charging for 20 gigs storage and 200 gigs bandwidth? (with, lets say, at least 99% uptime?) would you be prepared to accept e-gold?
