I have tried to search for reviews about Notrio Hosting (http://notrio.com) on Google.
There have been no reviews, I check the whois.sc and the domain was created recently.
Anyone has an acct with them ?
Because I kinda like their reseller plans and the prices!

if they are new chances are they do not have many reviews. We are coming up on 2 years in the business now and only have 1 or 2 reviews on public boards. Most people won't post positive reviews, just the negative.
have a chat with their sales dept and see what kind of responses and they overall feeling they give you. If you decide to go with them or any other host remember to pay monthly and keep your own backups!

Mine too is a new hosting company... I need to ask my customers if they liked my service and then I can ask them to post it on public boards.

After seeing the website (not a typical warez template), the secured oder form and the structure of the website, I'd say it's worth trying

Look at it this way. All companies are new at one point. Your best bet is to check out their customer service. Contact them via all their means and test their response times and how well they answer your questions you give them. This is usually a good indicator of customer service and how they are going to treat you and respect you. If response times are extremely long and I mean hours long then I would think hard about this since your website being up and running is the most important thing to you and your income. If their response time is quite quick then give them a shot and let others know what you think of them once you have been with them for a period of time. Unfortunately you normally only hear about the negative points of a company and not the positive. For every negative a company might have 5 positive customers who have had great experiences with them.
Good Luck!

That's so true. Often the best sign of a good web host is that they have a large number of web sites hosted and relatively few rants on the public boards. I know the best host's that I've had are the ones that I never have to think about, because it all just works :-)

yeah, its also helpful to see how long a company has been in bussiness however you are right that all companies have to start somewhere, google was small once :P

I agree with you in it partly. But if people like the company's service very much they post their reviews on the forums too.

Hello all.
I have signed up at notrio 1 week ago.
Before Notrio I was an very happy Hostgator Client for nearly 2 years.
Why did I go away from Hostgator .... because I thought that there prices are very high and Notrio has much more space for much less $$.
Ok let me tell you what is happening to me.
Before I signed up I have ask if Notrio also provides me an Free Enom Aco---- like Hostgator does with there Reseller Hosting plans so I can register Domains for 8,95$ each.
The Sales manager gave me this awnser:
Thanks for your email!
We can get you the Enom account for $7.95 each .com domain :)
So I signed up with them.........
After 30min I recieved there confirmation email with access data to my WHM.
Now the ---- beginns .... I have ask them to please transfer my 40 something accounts from hostgator to my new account. Look 40 Accounts are not allot !!!
To awnser this email they needed more than 12 hours !!!!!.
After I have provided them all account info they ask me to send the backups myself to my account at notrio.
Well I didn't do that as they say they will do for free so why should I do that ???.....after 2 days waiting and shouting the did the moving themself.
On 4th day I wrote them that I need the Enom Account that they promised me so I can Register new Domain names with my new Enom account for 7,95$ Then they awnser me that they don't give Enom accounts. And that I should go to enom to register for an account there .... LOL just cost 990,00 bucks to have an Reseller account ....... Are they crazy ??? Why they told me they will give me in first place?? Like the spider says to the Fly com into my Net...Just that I sign up ????
Today is the 7 day there are still two accounts missing to transfer.........
Many of my clients lost data with there slow transfer ....... because I couldn't change the dns untill they finished......
The big point is that they never awnser after 45min..... Mostly I wait more or less 4-6 hours or even an day.
I will tell you I did the biggest ---- in my live to save money insted of staying and upgrade my account with an super service provider.
As some of my clients got very pissed off, losing data... I can't go back...... I'm afraid of moving back to hostgator losing data again.... so now I need to go forward and there is no way back.

Well I hate to be rude. You call 50GB/200GB for 6.95 a year pricey? Hopefully you learned your lesson. These guys are MASSIVE oversellers. Quality oversold accounts should be pinned at about 1$ per GB space and 1$ per 10-20GB of bandwidth. It costs money to run servers, maintain them, and provide support.

I don't know what you mean with 50GB/200GB .... But I pay 29$ for 60Gb/400GB Badwidth........
Well After everything is installed and you never need there support you will be fine ..... An who the heck needs Enom.... Just register domains at godaddy or registerfly

Hello,
I have signed up for a notrio reseller plan some weeks ago. One week after the signup their server started to have problems and my uptime was suddenly 97% (it was 99.98% on my old host).
Them i found another host and moved to their servers. I only stayed with notrio for 2 weeks and that would garantee my money back. But they just ignored my emails and didn't refund my money.
That's is my personal opinion: search for another host, notrio is not a serious company and doesn't take care of their clients.
