Hello, We are selling PeriHost.com with everything it has, as you see it!

PeriHost.com is a large free web-host and a great community!

PeriHost.com has been well looked after, and maintained. We regularly clean inactive accounts and enforce the TOS.

Statistics:

Number of Forum Members: 220 (about 1 per day!)
Number of Hosting Accounts: 180 (active)
Number of Hits: 422,269+
Revenue: Aprox $2.00+ / mth from ads.
Excellent Liquidity!
VERY ACTIVE COMMUNITY!

What is involved?

You should be ready to help your new free web-hosting clients. You can promote the site with more ads to get more revenue. Their are currently no forced ads. You should know the ins and outs of cPanel. You will get full admin access, and access to manage every part of the website, along with the hosting accounts.

Ads
We currently do NOT force advertisements into the web-space. However, if you have a iPanel license (ihostdev.com) or something similar you could probably optimize income.

Paid Hosting
Perihost has a paid hosting plan as well. It is currently set up to be dollar hosting, but can be changed or have new hosting plans added.

Rate
Perihost currently receives 10 clients a month. That is an approximately 120 clients each year.

On the details you have given, eg low hits you get, low revenue, I would offer $40 for the clients and forum database and $15 for the domain. But seeing as it's currently suspended... I wont even offer that :P
