Please help me.
I want to know the maximum bandwith in GB/MONTH i would get if my server had a 2Mbps connection

Depends on wheter the 2Mbs is the actual upload rate or the ADSL 'stated' speed which is the download rate.

take it to be around 1.5mbps

1.5mbps = 90mbpminute = 11.25 MB/minute = 675 MB /hour = 16200 MB / day = 16.2 GB / day = ~486 GB / month
or: 1.5/100 = x/33000, x = 495 GB / month.
So around 490 GB.

Is it a home connection? If so, you better check your uplink speed, cause that must be the download speed. ISPs ussually cap it

You must also realize that most consumer ISPs do not allow the hosting of a Website from your home.
