This is a nice PHP upload script, I am using it for my upload site now! I want to share to all of you!
It's easy to use, and of course it's free of charge!
There are 2 sets of PHP script, which the first set can let user to upload files to your server, without using a MySQL db, which is called "UploadScript", you can download it here (http://www.filespace.co.nr/download.php?file=52aec83e6e984bdc5cecea26cd5c7ea4).
The other one is called "UploadImage", this one is similar to "UploadScrpt", but it is a Image uploader instead. You can download the script here (http://www.filespace.co.nr/download.php?file=60432e4333383b3b413a40e370bc499d).
