Well I know many ex-customers of BestofData were scammed because they paid for a service that they cant offer anymore.
I even sent a support message asking why they keep offering the same servers when they are having network problems and that they should stop offering them..
I received a reply:
Hello, We are not going to stop offering this services.

I cant show proof because they suspended my account after my server payment was due. (Today in the morning)

They even blocked me from their IRC LiveSupport because I said I was going to report them to BBB.
Well here is the solution we can do to stop them, Because people are getting scammed with their services.
I filled a complaint with BBB last night and many other customers did it also. Most of them are requesting their 3 Months money back (Network problem for 3 months now).
What you have to do is:
1. Go to http://www.bbb.org/
2. Under FILE A COMPLAINT, Click Business.
3. Follow the steps.
Note: Make sure you use the real information you used when you signed up at bestofdata. BBB is only going to contact you over email.
