That was a joke before it was a commercial, and I doubt Mastercard had anything to do with that.

It's like a choose your own adventure!

The sister was way hotter, but it would have been funnier for the dad to do it, either way I would not turn to any page for the girlfriend.

Indeed a very old one, and indeed very funny, but as mentioned, never a real commercial therefore it could never be banned. If you watch the credits, it shows you right there that Mastercard had nothing to do with it.
