It sounds like either www.galaxy-solutions.net , or www.availnetworks.net would suit you.

I dont know if they accept payments from e-gold, but they might, and it is worth checking them out as they both have a great reputation , have, in one form or another, been around for a while, and offer what you are looking for at good prices.
