another thing i noticed when i spent a little while looking into VPS just recently is that a lot of hosts seem to offer VPS with often LESS than 5gb, WITH cPanel, well cpanel/whm is 2.4 Gb on its own, so your running thin on the ground if you get anything that small, and as avail said, you really need 512 mb ram to run cpanel anyways
