I'm currently reselling, and only having to pay out 4.95 USD per month. The problem with it all is the server load. The server load is constantly 2.00+, and it's really aggrivating, considering it'll run up that high in the middle of the day, when my sites has to be used.

I'm looking for reseller from an established host, that has been in business for 1+ years. (If you haven't, don't offer, and don't say anything such as, "We haven't been up for a year, but..." But, it doesn't matter, I'm not interested!)

It has to be cPanel with Fantastico, with unlimited features. Right now, I'm getting 3 GB's webspace and 35 GB's bandwidth. Also, overselling enabled! I doubt I'll go over, but just incase.

An uptime status of 99%+ would be awesome, but not required, and PayPal payment only.

What can you offer? Also, do you help move my current sites to your service? I'll be upgrading later, but as of now, I don't need anything more than 4.95 monthly. :beer:

I'm not selling webspace, I give it, in exchange for ads or something of that nature. Therefore, I'd really just want regular old reseller hosting, but, thank you for the offer.
