I am a fairly new web hosting company and am just looking for some tips on how to get potential buys to trust you. I have included the uptime of my site and that I am paypal verified. I also am on AIM and email daily, but is there anything else I can do to ensure more trust?? Please give some ideas!!

Mostly it's a waiting game now. But just remember that every little thing counts, whether it be offering advice or typing/communicating with proper grammar.
You can spend some money on advertisements too to get your name out there.
Oh P.S. Your plans/price don't exactly give users reassurance as I think you are overselling (I could be wrong) greatly while being a new host.

yep... 5 gigs of space for 2.50 a month... People can't trust that.
Theres a difference between being cheap and giving it away for almost nothing.
If someone offered you a cup of coffee from starbucks for 3 cents, would you buy it?

Yeah, it looks not very trustful.

try using a unique design. That is a template monster design that I have easily seen on 20 different hosting sites.
you plans are absurd, I highly doubt your reseller account you are hosting your clients from could handle even your base plan.
lose the google ads, they have no place on a paid hosting site at all
your support url does not work in the footer.
contact page is a disaster, format is screwed up and the default text is still there.
some of your text makes no sense (taken from order online page)
All of our hosting plans come with quality linux servers and a 99.5% uptime guarantee! Our web servers have a minimum of two people monitoring them for any problems. If there is a problem, it will be entertained within 5 minutes, meaning minimum downtime.
so for every shared account you get a free linux dedicated server...super!
and for my problems you will entertain me...clowns and rollercoasters...even better!
also consider putting a REAL testimonial on your page instead of the fake socomladders.net one. whois info reveals the same email address for both clearpro and that site. which leads me to believe that the "christie" and "patrick" testimonials are fake too.
You have TONS AND TONS of work to do before you can be in the trusted category, and so far it is not the best of start.

try signing up to a reliability program ( bbb is good, but there are others) you can put your seal on your page and thatll help.
BUT
do everything Avail says first, seriously, and raise your prices, people who expect those kind of prices, either dont know what they are on about and dont need all the space you are offering, or ( in the case of free/cheap hosts ) they are just greedy, and may not stick with you for long,
I may be wrong, but you dont want either of those. DONT try and offer prices to compete with hostingdepartment.com and 1&1.com straight off the bat,
1. you'll go bust, believe me, unless you have SERIOUSLY deep pockets
2. its not like the hosts i mentioned have the best reps either, and it appears that yu are looking for reliability ( good for you by the way !!) look at hosts like availnetworks and hostingdepartment.net ( but you wont be able to offer their prices at first, either, or probably not anyway )
I hope your work goes well, and good luck with your host !

Lose the AIM screen-name: ''dsaf424fsgtdrsgf'', looks stupid & unprofessional.
Avail also brought some *very* useful information, take note of this & put our opinions into action.

Don't offer services such as 24/7 support etc, if you find that you can't provide it.
If you begin to disapoint your clients you will lose them and they will spread that around, giving you a bad rep.
Best of luck in your venture.

haha actually I was going to point out the screen name too craig.
also a very good point about the 24/7 support, unless you have outsourced support system.

Some people should just get out of the business before they lose too much money :(
