Here's the downside......

They are good only if downloading in North America.

How much space? And why not making a short registration, without activation if needed to be easy..

It wont take long to register even for lazy people. Hosts with registration are much more secure and reliable.

When you visit the upload page a random username/password for ftp is generated for you.

This is not a web host, its for file hosting only.
