I have recorded a few of theis swedish comedy program called "Hey Baberiba": more info (http://youtube.com/watch?v=YTJoYIosfSo)

Is it allowed to upload? or is it illegal even if the show air's on normal Tv License..

Recording and then sharing programs from TV is illegal. But streaming them is not. (Yeah... I have no idea...)

EG: Watching them on YouTube is not illegal, but downloading them from BitTorrent is.

I'm gonna upload them to my website, not youtube nor bittorent. Is that allowed?

Short answer is no, it's not allowed. Send an email to TV4 who aired the show if that is ok. Most likely it's not ok, as those shows are being sold on dvd or are still running.

I know in the case of when Dragonball, Z, and GT were reaching the US, you could legally distribute and copy the japanese versions till Funimation released each US episode. After a US release was made you had to stop copying and distributing the japanese episodes that coincide with current american releases because funimation owned the rights in the US.

Copies of the japanese episodes were usually pretty poor quality though.

But I am sure its different for current running tv shows.
