Post2Host? I would say ZoomCities(http://www.zoomcities.com) is a good one. They have a friendly community and also the staff members there are awesome, you can help easily from either their members or staffs very quickly. They have awesome servers and they don't oversell their hosting. I am sure you will find posting for hosting in ZoomCities enjoyable and also you will learn alot more at the same time. KwiX is apparently (cos i never used them) great for larger packages, and sounds pretty reliable, they also have a good community,

I may not be quite hitting the mark here, but it seems to me, you actually dont hit the same market as much as would first appear ? :P
