Has anyone used them? I've tried to find a review or two, but haven't come across anything.

Well, I've been with them now for 24 hours, and it's complete hell.
Basically, I attempted to transfer my accounts over, but there is only one person on their staff, "admin", who can restore them. I've sent numerous emails, and they state it'll be done in "30 minutes", "1 hour", and now "6 hours".
I've given up and asked for a refund.
Now, all the sudden, the guy I've been speaking with on their support team is stating he'll restore them. All the sudden, they start showing up.
At this point, I'm fed up. This whole time, he could restore them, but chose not to. Thus, I've still asked for a full refund, being their support is complete crap.

Well, it is always advisable for a bit of reasearch before investing a single penny, steps in the search for the right host will definitely help in the betterment of service and support recieved.:angel:

Yes, sir. It was taking way too long to get anything done. Finally, when I said I wanted a refund, they got on the ball, which is unacceptable.

No, I told them I wanted a refund, and had it within 24 hours. It had taken way too long, especially when the technician I was talking to the whole time could've easily done it.

Not heard so far about them. I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience. You would have some analysis before you start a deal with them. Try to know who is the head form whom you have had the conversation. And do not step back till you receive/get your amount.
Hope you get you money soon.
