My budget is $50.00 USD a month

Ragnarok online private server. I have the files ready. I would like to have 50 people capacity.

I need at least FTP Access and 80%-100% uptime.

I do own a domain. I am willing to place non adult ads on my website to help bring down the costs.

I need 100 MB space to run the files and however much bandwidth a month to maintain 50 users. I may upgrade in the future and look for a long time company.

I prefer companies that have been established for at least a year or more. If you're less than a year I'd like references or good reasons as to why I should choose you.

My payments will be made monthly by paypal.

In this situation and your requirements, the best suitable would be a VPS, in which the server is equivalent to a dedicated server. So you can manage your clients on it. I dont think you will find much of a problem to select from a number of hosting providers.:-)
