Host Offering $1 Reseller Addon

Ok, I was surfing through these forums the other day and came across a paid web host that allowed reseller support to be added to all of their plans for one dollar. There cheapest plan was $2.95. They also offered free hosting. Does anbody know which host I was looking at? Or an alternate solution? Thanks in advance.
