does it wait for you to have 100 dollars in that account to be transfered over or does it do it monthly?

They pay you every month as long that you have 100$ for the previous month.
If you earned less then 100$ for that month, they'll roll over that amount to the next month.

Google will disable your account and take any money you have in your account at any time without prior warnings or explaination.

nopes , google adsense are always doing such thing they banned or suspend accounts without any explanation wen u about to reach $100..

I never break tos , but , i get banned , in my view , obeus and adbrite is best.
