Hi I need reseller Cpanel web hosting with FFMpeg-php. The server needs to be fast and reliable-meaning I should certainly not get any "connection refused/time outs" because of traffic. am looking for hosting that is $10 or less a month. The host needs to have overselling enabled as well.

Should Have:

Its gonna be rare to find a host with FFMeg-php.

A lot of hosts disallow FFmeg-php because of the amount of bandwidth it uses when several users are using it. As most hosts are on shared 100 mbit uplinks, it'd affect other servers if a lot of bandwidth was being used at any given time.
