Podcasting website site to resell..HELP

I need some help. I am looking for an FTP hosting company to host Podcasting. I am going to be reselling the space to schools to host their own podcast, but need an automated way of doing it. I am going to register a name and then want to give them a sub domain, of if there is a better way let me know. I want them to be able to go to my website and purchase the plan and then have the information sent to them without me having to manually set it up the account. Can you help?
