You should if you can afford to give good hosting to people that deserve it and you won't die in a month. It's kinda nice to help people when they need it.

No actually, the market is flooded already with wannabe free hosts, if you don't have a business plan that can support the hundreds of people that will come to depend on your service then just don't bother, you'll only end up letting a lot of people down and that doesn't feel nice for anyone.

I don't think one free host will make a difference, so no. Better save that money

NOOOO! There are to many that doesn't keep their uptime.
Unless you will keep the business up for more than a half year, and unless you wont have over 98% uptime, I advise you to NOT do it.

With being a free host you get lots of spam signups and illegal content being uploaded. People don't care if they do illegal stuff (like send spam) because they are not paying
With paid you have more contol, people are less likely to abuse because they have had to put money into it. And you can pay for your costs, with free you will probably have to pay out of your own pocket. (unless you got a free reseller)

Surely not! Get what you pay for - you know about it. If you don't pay for anything you get the same free service.

Ok, so here's a constructive idea, that's way better than using the relatively small facility to host an unknown number of clients.
Use the decent hosting you found to open some sites that will generate enough revenue to pay for much larger services than you currently have, the cost of a server isn't the only cost incurred when starting a hosting company, free or not.
There are all sorts of things to think about, not least of all how you will manage all your clients, also, if you're not a programmer or designer then you'll need at least once to hire on of those, you'll also need legal protection, it's always good to have the number ( and advice ) of a lawyer or equivalent, you need at least a pettit cash supply at least equal to what you earn in a month plus the cost of a server, you'll need readies to supply ip addresses, domain names, the list goes on and on.
It's not just a case of you having some spare space and wanting to use it, people are very serious about thier webhosting, it doesn't matter wether its paid for or not, you must be able to supply a quality standard of service if you're going to enter the hosting industry at any level, it's not fair to just hand out leftovers.

Giving a good space for free to those who deserves is not bad..But I do not think that we should give free space to all who visit our site ..
