Do you host free accounts on the same server as paid accounts?

How many of you webhosting providers host your paid hosting accounts on the same server/vps as your free users?

Im asking this because i know a lot of the new smaller free webhost most certainly do and dont know the consiquences of doing that just yet.

I would not recommend it. If a spammer gets on there or somebody inserts a virus, then you'll lose all your shared clients because of downtime.

Doing that is a big no no
