Reseller Hosting

I'm looking for reseller hosting, around 15GB space, a decent amount of traffic for around 15-20$/month, but I would really like a host that does not oversell. I'm not looking for affiliate/reseller program... If your site contains unlimited space/bandwidth offers I won't consider it. Also I don't need stuff like Fantastico and other extra scripts. What I'm interested in is an integrated payment system, (clientexec or etc), PHP4 (or preferebly 5), mySQL DB + phpMyAdmin + 50+ DB's, allowing at least 5+ domains, cheaper then 10$/year domain registration is a plus, Anonymous reselling is a plus. Oh, free domain (one of those FOR LIFE, until you're with us) will be a big plus.

The plans that I took interest in while researching are:
- JaguarPC's "Partner Plus" for $16.97/month with a coupon. (12GB/125GB)
- smokyhosts's "Power" for $20/month (20GB/200GB)
- Coldmedia's "DISKPROMO3" for 20$/month (20GB/200GB)

but obviously weren't quite right, that's why I'm still here. The hosting which looked suspicious/too good to be true/overselling: iNet Host, 1and1, ixwebhosting, a lot of re-reseller plans (don't want to be third :P) and also Buy.web.id, and a lot more which were discarded.
