Which free hosting service you use?
are you face any downtime or any problem?
if you are a free hosting provider please don't reply, but if you are reseller from a free hosting provider, you can reply.

I have had two sites sitting on tripod and geocities for years :) They still are working fine, even though I haven't updated them since around 2000.

I personally use ZoomCities for my sites... it is fast and reliable. The community there is also very active and all of the members are very helpful.

I use atspace.com. Only 50 MB for your site(s), but it's OK for my mini-sites. You can also host multiple domains with them, which is great.

However, the best is there are no any ads, no forum posting, nothing! It's absolutely free.

It is a good service. It doesn't support php though.

Zac at ZoomCities and SCMazter at Liway, and also myself. I love running my free hosting site, and I've had more trouble finding a paid host with real time support, than running my free site. Go figure... :confused4

Same, we recently just launched our paid service and we're having more trouble than the free side of things.

Free host can be as good as paid hosting, but you can never be sure to get want you want for free.

I use free hosting myself, but I wouldn't use it for a Professional company or anything.

http://www.freenetworx.com/ - Went down.. and you had to change server..

When you are using resellers it isin't so secure with free webhosts, if you are hosted by a server then its more secure, (weither its free or paid).

We did have to change the server, but we're doing great now. Awesome server, awesome real-time support!

I wouldn't move because of that, if something major happened to them it's probably not their fault. It's happened to us before where Apache crashed and wouldn't start back up because of some wrong data.

I have tried many host, I had one I liked really well before, they had a awesome community, however the downtime was way to frequent. I am using http://kwix-host.com/ now and I love it there with them so far.
