I am currently hosting my domain onyxdesign.com on arishost.com

I don't have any banners, and the service is fairly fast, but i have my doubts on Bandwidth. I get only 500 MB a month, and while i don't have my whole site up yet, if i am gonna allow ppl to download 2.5 MB wallpapers i think i should probably get more. It cots 6$ a month for an extra 1 GB So here's my question: Should i stay with arishost, or what free domain host would you reccomend that is reliable and has a bit more bandwidth? Have any of you had experience with arishost? They seems pretty reliable, but you never know. Here is my the feature list.

Not sure about all the mail and stuff but Netfirms (http://www.netfirms.com) offers CGI and PHP

Personally, i would like a webhost that allows CGIBIN, Perl and possiblly MySQL. Thanx again!

I'm not sure netfirms lets you host domains...but you could use a DNS redirection service, or change your site on arishost to a refresher screen that transfers to netfirms.

Doesn't look bad, but frankly it seems to be like the same host in a different look. I would preferably like to have 1GB+, the more the better. I am not really space greedy, 30 MB should suffice. As for banners, hey, i'll take banners if i can get a lotta transfer. I was thinking about Geocities, their "Pro" is 10GB, 25 MB space. Their webmaster is 50 MB and 20 GB. Are there any catches or restrictions? I heard that the bandwitdth (for the free host) is about 5 MB per hour. Do you know if such restrictions are placed on the payed one? Thanx!

or you could stay with your host and just put your wallpapers on free hosts...

Ahhhh! Sounds great, but i think you forget that that is against most ToS of free hosts. Remote linking or "storage" is not allowed, so i guess that's a no go.

Sun Solaris? No one needs that!
Apache 1.3.19? Your requesting an old version? Just request and version!

I am NOT requestin sun solaris or anything. READ THE POST! That's what my current service offers. All i need is:
20+MB of Space
500MB+ of transfer

I'd like to have CGI if possible, perhaps even ftp. Ads is not a problem. Preferably domain hosting
